1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Certain items such as personalized or final sale products may not be eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at joulerakw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the product back to us within 3 business days of receiving return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Email photos of the damaged or incorrect item to joulerakw@gmail.com for a faster resolution.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
