Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To return an item, please contact us via email at joulerakw@gmail.com. Include your order details and reason for return in the email. We will provide instructions for the return process and notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship to any address within Kuwait. Please note that some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain areas within Kuwait due to local regulations.

When you place an order, we will provide estimated delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping option. Deliveries within Kuwait typically take 0 to 3 days. Shipping date estimates will be provided during checkout.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are weight-based, in compliance with Kuwait's shipping regulations. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound, as per the policies of our shipping partners.
